INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The committee for the Government of The United States of America found an opportunity to clarify a possible confusion in one document produced in the year 2011 while working on the National Great Registry. The document was entitled: ” Defining The New Flag for The United States of America”.  The document depicted the Cowpens Flag of 1777 which would cause confusion among those that would possibly look into the issue.

The 13 stars and stripes flag was created by the Continental Congress for another union which was something that the particular Continental Congress would be able to do without committing treason against itself.  The original Union had the authority to create other unions if the question was posed to the United States, in Congress assembled. Adoption does not mean ratification.

It is noted: Quote:

June 14 — Continental Congress adopts the following: Resolved: that the flag of the United States be thirteen stripes, alternate red and white; that the union be thirteen stars, white in a blue field, representing a new constellation. Stars represent Delaware (December 7, 1787), Pennsylvania (December 12, 1787), New Jersey (December 18, 1787), Georgia (January 2, 1788), Connecticut (January 9, 1788), Massachusetts (February 6, 1788), Maryland (April 28, 1788), South Carolina (May 23, 1788), New Hampshire (June 21, 1788), Virginia (June 25, 1788), New York (July 26, 1788), North Carolina (November 21, 1789), and Rhode Island (May 29, 1790) end quote

Notice that the States were no longer called the State of Delaware, State of Pennsylvania etc… The names of the States did not reflect the name of the State within their State Constitutions. Therefore, it produced an illegal state within a State if still claiming to be the original State and a separate union ruled by a private organization.

This would mean that a separate union was created by the United States, in Congress assembled for Manhattan Island and the Netherlands. The flag was the issue at that time for Manhattan Island:

The STRIPED FLAG of the EAST INDIA COMPANY, and its CONNEXION with the AMERICAN “STARS and STRIPES”   LINK

The Cowpens Flag could cause confusion if people were not aware of its existence and when it was created. Further, many people would interpret the Cowpens Flag and its colors to be associated with the company and Manhattan Island.

and also for people that would remember:

Start in the minute 2:20 mark:

Since the Gadsen flag was designed in 1775 during the American Revolution, and

Further, the rattlesnake symbol was first officially adopted by the Continental Congress in 1778 when it approved the design for the official Seal of the War Office, and

Then it would be proper to correct today’s official record to correct a confusion in one document that was created in 2011, and

Now, therefore, the committee for the Government of The United States of America hereby amends the document entitled: “Defining The New Flag for The United States of America” to remove the 14 star red, white and blue flag and replace with the Gadsen Flag and hereby recognizes the rattlesnake symbol to keep in line with the wishes of the original Continental Congress. Even though there were four Gadsen Flags, the rattlesnake is the most important symbol.

Time:

Another factor is time. Since the other union was created after the period of time of the establishment of The United States of America. This amendment would place all time of events out of confusion noting the Cowpen flag colors and misinterpretation of the people today within the American Society, and therefore fully remove confusion from this particular historical document of the Government of The United States of America, and

Therefore, if there are some time issues in some of the historical documents of the Government of The United States of America. The General Post Office is the most important document. If there are any discrepancies within documents produced in this effort to correct the history of The United States of America. Please let the committee know about them and the corrections will be placed in the National Great Registry for The United States of America.

Public Notice

This document does not negatively effect the current flag of the Government of The United States of America or The United States of America in anyway.

The aforementioned recognition simply reinforces unity and mutual respect with this Government and those people that still fly a version of the Gadsen Flag and display the rattle snake symbol.
