INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The Confederation Party members decided to open registration to State citizens that have taken a loyalty oath to their State.

Terms:

1: The registrant must have a loyalty oath on file.

2: Each State has its own independent chapter of the Confederation Party.

3: Each State has its own independent political platform.

4: State citizens do not vote in the American National elections, however, each State is not subject to The United States of America law.

5: The State citizens can have their own elections and re-join the original Union under the charter of the American Continent if so desired. The State is subject to the Law of Nations and International law as an equal to The United States of America.

6: State citizens can claim a Nationality known as American National, however, if remaining a State citizen disqualifies the State citizen to vote in the American National elections.
