Clearing up some false assumptions about the Government of The United States of America!

INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The committee of the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America hereby publishes the following statements:

1: The Government of The United States of America is not claiming to be “Government of the United States of America” that never existed and is therefore not subject to a constitution of the United States of America. The Government of The United States of America is a subject of the Law of Nations. LINK

2: All affirmed American Nationals and resident declarants within The United States of America are not subject to a constitution of the United States nor a constitution of the United States of America that never existed from a social compact.

3: The constitution of the United States and the constitution of the United States of America were never ratified correctly into any form of a National Government and therefore all powers, obligations, rights and duties were never ceded from The United States of America under the Articles of Confederation of 1781 to the United States nor the United States of America in the year 1787 nor 1789 for lack of a published social compact agreement by the People and therefore those two organizations were never created properly under the claim of a Nation nor a country.  

4: The challenge LINK  now in default has nothing to do with inhabitants (Section 213 of the Law of Nations) not in social compact within The United States of America nor the Government of The United States of America. The default does not change the status of any inhabitant as a citizen nor a National within the metes and bounds and seaward boundaries of The United States of America.  However, the inhabitants are not to be abused. The inhabitants status is punishment enough for not taking liability as a signatory to a country.

False assumptions do not create a liability for the signatories of a social compact agreement. However, rebellion and false attacks will be opposed by the signatories under the Law of Nations. 

Any inhabitant that wishes to be a signatory may do so. If any inhabitant wishing to stay an inhabitant can go on with their lives without interference from the signatories. Fighting, arguing, violence, and attacking signatories is not an option.
