Hello Readers,

This publication is numbered #2 because it relates to the original publication entitled “Judicial Immunity and Human Rights”.

Upon further review of the original publishing, the judicial immunity claim leads to another more important topic, State citizen status.

The Human Rights Defenders have been watching certain reactions from the various state courts. This whole confusing debacle on status in America is so confusing that most people choose to ignore the whole topic. There is a reason why there is so much confusion. The confusion starts when someone is hiding an understanding or way of thinking. The monarchy way of thinking is very foreign to most people because we do not think that people are subjects of another and what that really means for the subject.

Foreign Kings think of basic human rights as a rewards and punishment program meaning that if you do good for the King, you are rewarded, if you fail, you are punished. This process is not negotiable for the subject.  All Kings grant titles as a reward and take away for punishment. Each title has an estate that goes with the title meaning lands, subjects, equipment, estate funding etc….

In America, State citizen status is a coveted position, so much so that men and women will step over bodies to obtain enforcement for that basic human right.

Here is an example: The State citizens oath is hidden in plain site under a title called a “Loyalty Oath”.

Quote:                                                 LOYALTY OATH
I, _________________________________________, a citizen of the State of Florida and of the United States of America and being employed by or an official of the City of DeLand and a recipient of public funds as such employee or officer, do hereby solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the constitution of the United States and of the State of Florida. end quote.

Now most would say that is not really significant and grasping at straws until you read the one for judges or those applying for an elected office. It is interesting as to the order in which the document reads:

First:Quote:

OATH OF CANDIDATE (Section 105.031, Florida Statutes)
I, _______________________________________________________
(PLEASE PRINT NAME AS YOU WISH IT TO APPEAR ON THE BALLOT * NAME MAY NOT BE CHANGED AFTER THE END OF QUALIFYING)
am a candidate for the judicial office of
_____________________________________,(office)

_____________________________________,(district)

_____________________________________,(circuit)
my legal residence is _________________County, Florida; I am a qualified elector of the state and of the territorial jurisdiction of the court to which I seek election; I am qualified under the Constitution and the Laws of Florida to hold the judicial office to which I desire to be elected or in which I desire to be retained; I have qualified for no other public office in the state, the term of which office or any part thereof runs concurrent with the office I seek; and I have resigned from any office which I am required to resign pursuant to Section 99.012, Florida Statutes; and I will support the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of the State of Florida. end quote

Qualified Elector means U.S. citizen 18 years or older and a resident of the state. No mention of citizen status of the state until after an election. A resident and a citizen are not the same status: “Permanent residency refers to a person’s visa status: the person is allowed to reside indefinitely within a country of which he or she is not a citizen. A person with such status is known as a permanent resident.”

Second: “Section 876.05, Florida Statutes, oath (only applicable if elected and when term of office begins): I, a citizen of the State of Florida and of the United States of America, and being employed by or an officer of the court system and a recipient of public funds as such employee or officer, do hereby solemnly swear or affirm that I will support the Constitution of the United States and of the State of Florida.” LINK TO DOCUMENT   Same thing for these officers but not elected: LINK…….LINK.

What does this mean for the average Joe in America?

U.S. citizens and residents of the State can obtain enforceable State citizen status only if they are an employee of the private company owned and operated by the foreign Manhattan Island. State citizen status in the United States inc. is a privilege handed out by the Netherlands Monarch through the charter of the patroons in Manhattan Island. If you serve Manhattan Island, you get State citizen status and are protected from the residents of the states from suit and the accusation of being a sovereign citizen and domestic terrorist.

Further, please notice that all state statutes refer to a person that has residency. The statutes rarely pertain to a State citizens or Nationals. This would mean that all State citizens oversee the residents and make the laws for those residents of any particular State. The State citizens in America are a privileged class of people.

However, a loyalty oath to any State is not being provided to residents even when the resident requests to take a loyalty oath and therefore a violation of Human Rights. By looking at this situation from a different perspective, it would be the State citizens hoarding the States and its benefits from people, blocking the door so to speak by denying the State citizen status even exists.
