Declaration of Value of the Continental Dollar Stamp and the Continental Dollar!

Due to recent events, a Declaration of Value was authorized by the assembly for the Government of The United States of America to be made by the office of the Treasury for The United States of America for the Continental Dollar Stamp and the Continental Dollar. Further an offer was also placed in the Declaration of Value to further international reciprocity.
The Declaration of Value is as follows:
DECLARATION OF VALUE OF THE CONTINENTAL DOLLAR
The office of the Treasury for The United States of America hereby declares the value of one (1) Continental Dollar Stamp, the face value is declared equivalent (same value) as one, the face value (1) U.S. Mail Stamp doing business as the United States Postal Service; and
The office of the Treasury for The United States of America hereby declares the value of one (1) Continental Dollar, the face value is declared equivalent (same value) as one (1) the face value British Pound; and
The U.S. Mint, if so accepted by the Washington D.C. independent city-state, through agreement may print or coin the Continental Dollar under the conditions of debt free and interest free currency to be distributed on the rural free delivery routes within the metes and bounds of The United States of America abutting all railroads either by the United States Postal Service or the General Post Office, and
All agreements must be approved by the assembly for the Government of The United States of America, and
If so accepted by the U.S. Mint, contact the office of the Treasury for The United States of America at the email listed above for the designs of the Continental Dollar, and
So declared by the office of the Treasury for The United States of America on the 18th day of May, 2015,
