The assembly of the reign of the heavens proclaimed  innocent of all charges, accusations and presumptions. The assembly could not find any official body that have ever made this proclamation in the history books anywhere so the assembly thought it was time to proclaim it. Many look to for blessings and protection, however many sometimes forget to exert reciprocity or deal with the matter of his innocence. 

The assembly of the reign of the heavens is not saying this has not been done at one time or another in the last two thousand years. If a proclamation of innocents has not been done, at least it has been done now. “Whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven, and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven”. 

This proclamation is hereby bound on earth and it is within the hearts of the assembly of the reign of the heavens that this proclamation will hopefully bring peace into the heart of  because we all know the damage that can be done to someones heart when a false accusation or charge is brought against them and followed through with the penalty of torture, humiliation and death.
