Continental Public Bank News Release on a National Banking association question!

                     INTERNATIONAL PUBLIC NOTICE

The American Nationals have been asking questions as to whether or not the Continental
Public Bank qualifies as a National Banking association?

The answer to those types of questions is “yes”, the Continental Public Bank does qualify as a
National Banking association.

Due to the fact that the Continental Public Bank (CPB) is authorized to have branches that are
required to register with the office of the Superintendent of Finance and is under the control
of the Superintendent of Finance is one qualification.

The second qualification is that the office of the Superintendent of Finance reports to the
office of the Treasury for the Government of The United States of America who in turn reports
to the National assembly for the Government of The United States of America and therefore is
owned and operated by the people of The United States of America in association under the
Articles of Confederation as amended August 5th, 2015 brought forward to the present time
from the Articles of Confederation of 1781.

The Continental Public Bank works very hard to protect its members from many types of
fraud and refrains from funding organizations that are well known to be openly advocating
for the overthrow of this country so therefore any branches formed must be trained in these
matters to be able to recognize organizations that are determined for that purpose and
mission.
