MINUTES OF THE ASSEMBLY MEETING

The general consensus of the American Nationals is that the Government of The United States of America would be no different then any other government with a central bank. Basically a central bank is a recipe for disaster. So the minutes reflect the general consensus of the assembly. Further, most if not all of the assembly are kind of relieved that a country code was not forth coming for the central bank. Everyone feels that a bullet was dodged on this one.  The central bank was actually suggested by an outside party with many promises attached that were never forthcoming. The Treasury, the assembly and the General Post Office are more than qualified to manage the Governments finances and perform the service of liquidation into coubitts for its Nationals and their private savings accounts and checking accounts. There is no need for a private third party to perform these tasks. The idea was tried, investigated and found to be of no value to the Government of The United States of America nor its Nationals.
